Little Wigwam will allow retailers to use unaltered copies of our artwork and photos on their own websites for the sole purpose of advertising our wares, although we would appreciate you getting in contact to ask first - this will also enable us to provide updates.Journalists may also use images and artwork for copy, please contact us if you require high-res photos.
Please note that you must not link to the images on our website, you must take a separate unaltered copy which is to be hosted on your own servers. Images are subject to change and withdrawal, and usage of such is subject to the agreement to remove those image copies should we request you to do so.
Returns, Refunds And Cancellations
If your product is faulty then please accept our apologies and get in contact within 7 days - we will be happy to either arrange to replace your faulty item or arrange a refund upon its return.If you change your mind after receiving your product then please get in contact - under the distance selling regulations you have 7 days to change your mind and inform us, and we will then be happy to refund your money upon return of products in re-saleable condition.
If you change your mind after ordering but before you receive your products then still get in contact as soon as possible - if we have already sent out your order you will need to either refuse the package (if sent via courier) or else return it yourself.
